Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Flowplug ("Service"), including the Flowplug Chrome Extension, you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by the entity identified in our Imprint.

Flowplug is an AI-powered image generation platform that transforms supplier product photos into professional e-commerce images. The Service includes a web application and a Chrome browser extension for extracting product images from supported marketplaces.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Image generation consumes credits. Credit costs depend on resolution (1 credit per image at 2K, 2 credits at 4K). Free accounts receive a limited number of credits upon signup.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are displayed before purchase. Credits from paid plans do not roll over between billing periods unless stated otherwise.

If a generation job fails, consumed credits are automatically refunded.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or to generate illegal content
• Circumvent rate limits, credit restrictions, or security measures
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Resell access to the Service without authorization
• Use automated tools to abuse the API beyond normal extension usage

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content: You retain all rights to images you upload and images generated through the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any source images you upload.

Our service: Flowplug, its branding, code, and design are the property of the operator. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology.

Images generated by Flowplug are created using third-party AI models. While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee that generated images will be free of artifacts, inaccuracies, or unintended content. You are responsible for reviewing generated images before use.

Generated images may not be used to deceive consumers about the nature or origin of a product.

The Flowplug Chrome Extension operates entirely within your browser. It extracts publicly visible product information (images, titles) from supported marketplace pages. The extension does not collect browsing history or personal data beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

We aim to keep Flowplug available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time through Settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your generated images remain available for download for 30 days, after which they may be deleted.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
